Frank Tirelli is the former Chairman and CEO of Deloitte Italy, where he led 5,500 professionals and $1B in revenue through one of the most complex consolidations in the firm’s history. Earlier, as CEO of the Western Region for Deloitte US, he scaled the firm’s largest geographic practice to 6,000 professionals and served on the Deloitte US Board of Directors and Management Committee. Since 2015, he has held leadership and advisory roles at PE-backed professional services platforms, most recently as Senior Advisor to EisnerAmper, a TowerBrook Capital portfolio company.

Tirelli’s conviction that growth and talent strategies are inseparable shapes his advisory work with PE sponsors and executive teams. As a Board Advisor to L.Maxwell, he brings firsthand operating credibility to C-suite and board searches for professional services and people-intensive platforms. He holds an MBA from Babson College and a BS in Accounting from Boston College.
