Shelton spent more than two decades at Allegis Group in senior leadership roles as the firm scaled into a global human capital leader. During that time, he helped evaluate, hire, develop, and advise senior executives across functions, including technology, operations, sales, and human resources.

He later served as Chief Administrative and Human Resources Officer at Innova Solutions, a global technology services and consulting firm, partnering with the CEO and senior leadership team on enterprise strategy, organizational effectiveness, succession, and executive talent.

At L.Maxwell, Shelton brings an operator’s perspective to CEO, board, and C-suite searches, assessing leaders through the lens of business performance, organizational complexity, and scale.
