Stephanie Young is Chief of Staff at L.Maxwell, bringing more than two decades of executive search experience and a proven track record of building high-performing teams, strengthening operations, and elevating the client experience. She works closely with the firm's leadership to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Before joining L. Maxwell, Stephanie served as Vice President, Client & Candidate Experience at Modern Executive Solutions, where she built the firm's client experience function and helped scale the organization to more than 100 employees as a member of the founding team.

Previously, Stephanie spent 14 years at Heidrick & Struggles, most recently as Global Practice Management Director for Technology and Services, one of the firm's largest industry practices. Her experience spans global practice leadership, search execution, and operational management across multiple sectors.

Earlier in her career, Stephanie worked at A.T. Kearney before transitioning into executive search, developing expertise in professional services and Board and CEO searches for venture capital- and private equity-backed technology companies.
